Barry L. Pennypacker , , , President and Chief Executive Officer

Barry Pennypacker, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2016. Prior to joining Manitowoc, Mr. Pennypacker had served as Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Lean LLC since 2013, a privately held manufacturer and supplier of precision components. He also served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of Gardner Denver, Inc. (2008-2012). Mr. Pennypacker held positions of increasing responsibility at Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies (1999-2008), The Stanley Works (1997-1999), and Danaher Corporation (1992-1997).

Mr. Pennypacker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Operations Research from St. Joseph’s University.

David J. Antoniuk , , , Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

David Antoniuk has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since May 2016, responsible for directing teams in financial reporting, investor relations, global tax, information services, and treasury. Prior to joining Manitowoc, Mr. Antoniuk served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Colorcon, Inc. (2015-2016), Vice President and Corporate Controller at Gardner Denver (2005-2014). Prior to Gardner Denver, Mr. Antoniuk served in positions of increasing responsibility at Pirelli Cables, Johnson & Johnson, and KPMG.

Mr. Antoniuk holds a Bachelor of Science in Business - Accounting from Seton Hall University and earned his Certified Public Accountant license in New Jersey.

Thomas G. Musial , , , Senior Vice President – Human Resources & Administration

Thomas Musial has served as Senior Vice President – Human Resources and Administration since 2000. Prior to his current role, Mr. Musial served as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration (1995-2000); Manager of Human Resources (1987-1995); and Personnel/Industrial Relations Specialist (1976-1987).

Mr. Musial earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lakeland College.

Louis F. Raymond , , , Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary

Louis Raymond has served as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary since March 2016. Prior to his current role, Mr. Raymond served as Associate General Counsel, and was Senior Litigation Counsel since joining Manitowoc in 2004. Prior to joining Manitowoc, Mr. Raymond worked in private practice and was a shareholder in the law firm of Davis & Kuelthau, S.C., Milwaukee, WI, practicing there since 1991.

Mr. Raymond earned his bachelor's degree from Marquette University and his law degree from the University of Minnesota.

Aaron H. Ravenscroft , , , Executive Vice President, Cranes

Aaron Ravenscroft has served as the Company’s Executive Vice President of Cranes since September 2017, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost of mobile and tower cranes business. Mr. Ravenscroft joined Manitowoc in March 2017 as the Company’s Executive Vice President of Mobile Cranes. Prior to joining Manitowoc, Mr. Ravenscroft served as Regional Managing Director of the North American Minerals business for the Weir Group (2013-2016), President of Process & Flow Control Group of Robbins & Myers (2011-2013), and Regional Vice President of Industrial Products Group for Gardner Denver, Inc. (2008-11). Prior to that, he held a series of positions with increasing responsibility at Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies (2003-2008) and Janney Montgomery Scott (2000-2003).

Mr. Ravenscroft earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Bucknell University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
