Barry L. Pennypacker , , , President and Chief Executive Officer

Barry Pennypacker, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2016. Prior to joining Manitowoc, Mr. Pennypacker had served as Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Lean LLC since 2013, a privately held manufacturer and supplier of precision components. He also served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of Gardner Denver, Inc. (2008-2012). Mr. Pennypacker held positions of increasing responsibility at Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies (1999-2008), The Stanley Works (1997-1999), and Danaher Corporation (1992-1997).

Mr. Pennypacker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Operations Research from St. Joseph’s University.

David J. Antoniuk , , , Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

David Antoniuk has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since May 2016, responsible for directing teams in financial reporting, investor relations, global tax, information services, and treasury. Prior to joining Manitowoc, Mr. Antoniuk served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Colorcon, Inc. (2015-2016), Vice President and Corporate Controller at Gardner Denver (2005-2014). Prior to Gardner Denver, Mr. Antoniuk served in positions of increasing responsibility at Pirelli Cables, Johnson & Johnson, and KPMG.

Mr. Antoniuk holds a Bachelor of Science in Business - Accounting from Seton Hall University and earned his Certified Public Accountant license in New Jersey.

Aaron H. Ravenscroft , , , Executive Vice President, Manitowoc

Aaron Ravenscroft is responsible for all of Manitowoc’s Cranes business activities globally, including Mobile and Tower cranes. He joined the company as the EVP of the Mobile Cranes business in March of 2016 and took responsibility for the Tower Cranes business in September 2017. Prior to joining Manitowoc, Mr. Ravenscroft served as a Regional Managing Director at Weir Group (2013-2016); President of the Process Flow Control Group at Robbins & Myers (2011-2013); and Regional Vice President of the Industrial Products Group for Gardner Denver (2008-2011). Prior to the that, he held a series of positions with increasing responsibility at Wabtec (2003-2008), and he started his career as a Sell Side stock analyst at Janney Montgomery Scott (2000-2003).

Mr. Ravenscroft earned a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA degree in Economics from Bucknell University.  He currently resides in the Lyon, France.

Thomas L. Doerr, Jr. , , , Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Thomas L. Doerr, Jr. has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since November 2017. Prior to his current role, Mr. Doerr served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Jason Industries, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI. Prior to joining Jason, Mr. Doerr was Associate General Counsel for Manitowoc where he was responsible for overseeing the legal matters for Manitowoc’s crane segment. Mr. Doerr originally joined Manitowoc in 2006 as legal counsel; in 2008 he expatriated to London, England, and in 2009 to Lyon, France where he was serving as Assistant General Counsel - International and responsible for all legal matters for both Manitowoc’s crane segment and Manitowoc’s foodservice segment in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. After spending four years abroad, Mr. Doerr moved back to the United States and assumed global legal responsibility for Manitowoc’s crane segment.

Prior to joining Manitowoc, Mr. Doerr was most recently with the law firm von Briesen & Roper, s.c. in the firm’s Milwaukee office. Mr. Doerr is a graduate of Marquette University Law School and the University of St. Thomas.

Terrance L. Collins , , , Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Terrance Collins has served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources since April 2018, responsible for the strategic development and execution of the Company‘s human resources function globally including; talent acquisition, talent development, inclusion and diversity, employee engagement, compensation and benefits programs, employee and labor relations, HR information systems and HR administration and compliance. Prior to joining Manitowoc, Mr. Collins served as Chief Administrative Officer at FDH Velocitel (2014-2018), Senior Vice President at Zebra Technologies (2013-2014), and Vice President -- Human Resources at IDEX Corporate (2006-2013). Prior to IDEX, Mr. Collins served in senior leadership positions at AmSan LLC and U.S. Foodservice, Inc.

Mr. Collins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with minors in Human Resources and Marketing from Towson University, and he completed Executive Education programs for Chief Human Resources Officers and Boards of Directors from Cornell University and Northwestern University, respectively.

Peter A. Ruck , , , Senior Vice President, Business Development

Peter Ruck has served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development since April 2018, chartering and leading Manitowoc’s organic and inorganic growth initiatives across the enterprise. Prior to joining Manitowoc, Mr. Ruck served as Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Acquisitions for IDEX Corporation, where he held a series of progressively responsible positions since 2010. Prior to IDEX, Mr. Ruck spent seven years with Danaher Corporation in various management positions. He started his career with Motorola.

Mr. Ruck received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He also earned his Master of Engineering Management and Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University.

Brian P. Regan , , , Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer

Brian Regan has served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer since November 2018, taking responsibility for Manitowoc’s global accounting policies and processes, maintenance of financial records, reporting of results as well as the annual financial budgets.

Prior to joining Manitowoc, Mr. Regan most recently was Vice President Finance, Business Unit Chief Financial Officer of SPX Transformer Solutions, Inc., a division of SPX Corp., a role he took in January 2013. Previous to that, beginning in 2010, he served as Controller of the SPX Flow Technology segment, and in other financial or accounting roles since joining SPX in 2006. Prior to joining SPX, Mr. Regan worked as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young LLP from 2000 to 2010, and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Ogilvy & Mather.

Mr. Regan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts, with an economics and accounting concentration, from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. Mr. Regan is a certified public accountant.
